Return Policy
We do everything possible for you to be satisfied with the products purchased from our online store. We only ship viable products, verified before packaging and shipping. There may be differences between the ordered product and the received one due to human error. We advise you to check the delivered products and notify us on WhatsApp at the number on the site in the first days so as not to exceed the 14-day return period.
Please note that the ordered products are live plants, which during transport may suffer minor damage, and if not planted according to instructions, they may die. If you encounter such problems, use the warranty offered. Plant development depends largely on the way of planting, care and maintenance. After the 14 calendar days period, we can no longer accept returns or complaints. Subsequently, the plant may reach an unfavorable state for reasons independent of us. After the first 14 days from receiving the package with plants, we can only help you with recommendations and advice. All marketed products have a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt of the package. After 14 days we cannot analyze or resolve complaints of any kind. According to the law, legal entities do not have the right to return.
If the plants are not leafy, in vegetation you can check their condition by cutting 1-2 cm from the top or from a branch. If after cutting the bark is green, the plant is alive and will enter vegetation. If it were dry, it would be visible and would crack when cut.
Plants delivered in pots can be planted throughout the year (except for periods with frozen soil). Depending on the season, plants are delivered in pots or with packaged roots.
The product photos displayed on the site are illustrative and represent the plants at maturity. The height at delivery includes the pot or roots.
For complaints, write to us on WhatsApp at the number on the site. We will respond within a maximum of 3 working days. If you notice a problem with a product, send at least one clear photo with the product and the original label. If there are discrepancies between order, invoice and received products, photograph the plants immediately after unpacking.
We reserve the right not to honor orders from customers who have insulted us, refused packages in the past, have not provided a complete address, do not answer the phone for confirmation or when we consider that shipping presents a return risk. Some orders will only be shipped after telephone discussion and/or advance payment.
If the received products do not satisfy you and you want to return them, send the complaint in writing on WhatsApp at the number on the site. In the case of distance contracts, oPlanta ensures the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, according to OUG 34/2014. The product is returned with the original label and a copy of the invoice. The cost of return is borne by the customer.
How to return
- Send a message with the intention to return on WhatsApp at the number on the site, specifying full name, invoice series and a bank account for refund. You can return one product, several or the entire order. Although the cost of return is borne by the customer, we will help you and you will not need to pay anything. We will send the courier to pick up the return, at our expense!
- The refund of the invoice amount will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receipt and acceptance of the return, by bank transfer. The amount on the invoice is refunded.
Make sure that at the latest on the 14th calendar day from receiving the package, it is handed over to the courier.
The amount refunded for all orders is the amount of products, without shipping costs.
If the complaint is legitimate, the product will be replaced free of charge, and the replacement fee will be borne by us. If you choose to refund the amount paid and the returned product meets the return conditions, we will return the money to the specified account or by postal order. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return. The warranty is not valid if the damage is caused by weather conditions (frost, hail, drought, etc.).
