By accessing the website www.PleasePlant.us, users agree to comply with the terms and conditions presented below, as well as applicable legislation in USA.

Users of this site are asked to carefully read the terms and conditions of use. PleasePlant.us (7 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02138) reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, by updating this site, these modifications becoming mandatory with immediate effect for all users.

The client declares, understands and undertakes that when placing an online order, they are in complete agreement with what is mentioned below, otherwise they have the obligation to decline the order.

Definitions

All materials integrated into the site are the intellectual property of oPlanta SRL and cannot be reproduced or copied, under penalty of law.

Product delivery

Product delivery is done through a fast courier company. No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday.

Recommendation: Don't hesitate to use your right to return, instead of addressing insults on social networks, email or phone!

In case our company's image is affected, we can address the courts to request the cessation of the violation of the right to image, publication of the conviction decision and repair of the image damage.

Any insulting posts, false, defamatory or slanderous reviews can be sanctioned according to the law. We are open to discussions, if you encounter any problems. Report anything you want as soon as possible after receiving the package on WhatsApp. We will respond within 1-5 working days.

Images and products

The images presented on the site are illustrative, products may differ in terms of color, appearance, etc. The client will be informed before shipping if there are significant differences. Product characteristics and availability may be modified without prior notice. The maximum value of PleasePlant.us's obligations to any client is the value of the amounts collected from the respective client.

Orders that are not confirmed by phone will be canceled. Delivery of ordered products is done after telephone confirmation. The shipping time depends on stock and can vary between 2-3 working days and up to 30 days, according to the law.

We have no hidden taxes and fees! When receiving the products, pay exactly what was confirmed by phone or email.

Order

The buyer can place orders on the site, adding the desired products to the shopping cart and finalizing the order through the indicated payment. Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee its reservation. If a product cannot be delivered, the client will be informed and the value will be returned within a maximum of 14 days.

Using the site constitutes the implicit agreement to respect the terms and conditions.

Product images represent plants at maturity. Depending on the season, plants can be shipped in pots or with bare roots. High-value orders may require advance payment.

By finalizing the order, the buyer agrees that the provided data is correct and that they can be contacted by the seller if necessary.

The seller can cancel the order in certain situations (e.g.: incorrect data, refusal to receive, lack of stock, incorrect prices, etc.).

Payment methods

No additional fees are charged for transactions. Card data processing is done exclusively through the payment processor, oPlanta SRL does not request and does not store card details.

Product returns

The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking a reason and without other costs than those of return, according to OUG no. 34/2014. For return, the client must contact the company by phone.

The refund of the product value will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all accessories and without signs of deterioration.

Return costs are borne by the client, except when the product is non-compliant.

Final provisions
